To formulate and improve the technical specifications of stem cell therapy, cellular immunotherapy and new medical technologies for clinical application, and scientifically conduct clinical evaluation.

● The Plan mentions in the part of "promoting policy first and trial" : make good use of the Yangtze River Delta, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area Drug and medical Device Technology Review and Inspection sub-center, encourage relying on the pilot free trade zone, Hainan Free Trade port in cell therapy, traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine medical device registration supervision and other areas of reform pilot.
